Registration

All accepted papers will be published in the EEAS 2026 proceedings and submitted to Scopus, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, and Google Scholar for indexing. Publication and indexing times may vary by database policies.

After acceptance, you will receive a personalized registration link by email. Please complete all required fields and upload your final manuscript and related files. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Payment methods (in USD): PayPal or bank transfer (any bank fees borne by the author). Ensure the page count entered matches your final paper length.

Important Notes

• Standard fee covers up to 7 pages; extra pages charged per page.
• Registration fee includes publication and one hard copy; attendance fee separate.
• At least one author per paper must register.
• Conference materials and lunch included; travel/accommodation not included.
• Review turnaround: 7–20 business days, first-come-first-served.
• Outstanding papers may be invited for special poster/oral sessions.
